Healthier Is Happier
Hello, I'm a college sophomore trying to drop body fat percentage. :)
If you looked at me fully clothed, you would think I'm crazy for trying to lose weight. But if you saw me in a bathing suit, you would think otherwise. Trust me. I want to get rid of my big tummy. That's my main goal, and I know I can't spot-reduce, so I have to lose overall body fat!
4/1/11 weight: 142 lbs
9/2/11 weight: 133 lbs
current weight: 122 lbs
height: 5'5.5
goal weight #1: 128 [x] 10/6/11
reward: wear this one pair of skinny jeans from junior year of high school again & new belt+earrings
goal weight #2: 123 [x] 11/11/11
reward: urban outfitters tea cup
UGW: a lean, mean 117 :) [ ]
reward: my first crop top! maybe even 2! & re-dye hair
